Customer empathy map is a good tool for mapping your customer’s pain and gain, and what you must prepare to solve their problems. It helps me understand my customer deeper. I will give you my empathy map mapping for startup founders in the beginner stage. My objective for this mapping is understanding startup founders as my customers because I am aiming to be startup mentors and advisors.
